SERVICE / 06 · FROM IDEA TO FUNDING

From idea to disbursement — the whole route , not just the application.

EU projects are an additional funding channel for innovation investments — with their own processes that depend on calls for proposals and evaluation committees outside our control. If you have an idea that qualifies, we lead the entire path: from application structuring through to final payment. We honestly assess upfront whether applying makes sense.

"The hardest part of an EU project isn't the application. It's month 37 — past kickoff energy, not yet at closure."

INTERFACE EXAMPLE

A successful EU application isn't a template — it's filled out in the official platform, step by step. Here's what the fourth step looks like.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

What this service covers.

  • Shaping an innovation project from your business
  • Identifying the appropriate program (Horizon, NRRP, regional funds)
  • Structuring consortia with research and industry partners
  • Preparing and submitting EU applications
  • Project management throughout the implementation cycle
  • Reporting and financial tracking to final payment
WE WORK BEST WITH

We work best with

  • Companies with a concrete innovation idea and capital for co-financing (EU typically covers 50-80%, you cover the rest).
  • Owners interested in growth through EU funding, but without time or experience for the application process.
  • Companies that tried on their own and got lost — they want a professional approach with someone who knows the process.
  • Companies on good terms with their industry that can build consortia with research partners.
PROBLEMS WE SOLVE

Problems we solve

  • — We have an idea we'd like to realize but don't have the capital for it. We've heard EU funds can cover part — but we don't know how it works.
  • — Last time we tried to apply for an EU call and got lost in the paperwork. We submitted, it didn't pass, we don't even know where we went wrong.
  • — Competitors are getting EU funds for innovation and moving faster than us. We suspect they have someone running it — we don't.
  • — We have good innovation potential but don't know which program would fit us or who our consortium partners could be.
  • — We wrote applications ourselves, got advice from different sides, but everyone speaks their own language — administration, scientists, us. We need someone who translates between all of them.
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you guarantee we'll get EU funding?

No — no serious firm can. EU processes have evaluation committees outside our control. But we honestly assess every idea's chances before we start and work on the application so you have the best possible shot. If we don't think you have a good chance, we tell you that instead of letting you pay for nothing.

How long does it take from idea to first EU disbursement?

Realistically longer than you'd like — often more than a year. From kickoff to submission is usually a few months of serious work. After submission, the EU processes have their own rhythm (evaluation, decision, contracting, first disbursement). We can't speed up the EU, but we can plan with you in step with that rhythm.

Do we need to be the research partners ourselves, or do you have a network?

You don't need to be. Most innovation programs require a consortium with research partners (universities, institutes). We have our own network of contacts and help structure a consortium that makes sense — not just formally, but one that actually works after approval.

What if the application is rejected?

We analyze why it was rejected and where we can apply next — maybe a different call, maybe an adjusted idea. EU processes provide evaluator feedback that we use for the next application. A rejected application isn't the end, it's information.

What happens after the application passes — do you leave us alone with the contract?

No. We also run the project delivery — project management, reporting, financial tracking all the way to the final payment. Writing the application is only 30% of the work; the other 70% is delivery, where many companies get lost if they're on their own.

Have an idea you'd like to fund through EU sources? Send a brief description — we'll honestly assess the chances and suggest which program (if any) makes sense.

No obligation, no generic recommendation. If we think EU isn't the right path for you, we say so.
