PROCESS

Five steps — from uncertainty to delivered change.

The same approach works for any project — web, AI solutions, EU applications, process transformation. Clearer than improvisation, faster than templates.

  1. 01

    START

    Analysis

We understand the situation. No assumptions, no wasted time.

    What we do

    • We talk with leadership, process owners, and key people
    • We review tools, data, and finances connected to the question
    • We prepare a report with three solution options and a clear recommendation

    What you get

    • Clear assessment of the current state with concrete findings
    • Three options with effort/impact assessment
    • Recommendation on which option best fits your situation
  2. 02

    DECISIONS

    Strategy

We make clear decisions. What we do, how, and toward what goal — the rest gets cut.

    What we do

    • We assess priorities by impact and feasibility
    • We build a plan with clear task owners
    • We define what success means and how we'll measure it
    • We confirm the plan with leadership in a joint workshop

    What you get

    • A strategic plan with clear priorities
    • A system to track progress and outcomes
    • Clear ownership for every initiative
  3. 03

    SOLUTION

    Solution design

The plan becomes a concrete solution — ready to build immediately.

    What we do

    • We set the technical architecture and choose tools
    • We build a prototype of the key parts and validate with real users
    • We plan how the solution fits into existing systems
    • We assess potential risks and how to avoid them

    What you get

    • A technical document describing the solution
    • A clickable prototype of the key screens
    • A build and integration plan
  4. 04

    DELIVERY

    Implementation

We build. Concrete, measurable, no idle motion.

    What we do

    • We work in focused cycles with regular progress demos
    • We train your team in parallel with the build
    • We roll the solution out gradually — never all at once
    • We measure impact from day one

    What you get

    • A finished solution in production
    • Documentation and usage guides
    • A trained team that can run the solution on its own
  5. 05

    HANDOVER

    Optimization

We track results, adjust where needed — and hand ownership over to your team.

    What we do

    • We measure results against the goals set in Strategy
    • We adjust the solution based on real usage, not assumptions
    • We hand over documentation and knowledge to your team
    • We close with leadership — what worked, what needs to be better

    What you get

    • A report on the results achieved
    • A plan for ongoing maintenance and growth
    • Ownership of the solution transfers to your team
FAQ
Can we start straight with implementation?

You can, but it rarely pays off. Without understanding the situation and clear priorities, implementation becomes work without a target — it hurts more than it helps.

Does this approach work for small companies or micro-businesses?

Yes. The five steps aren't about size — they're about logic of work. For a 3-person company, analysis is a short conversation, strategy is two key decisions, implementation is a few weeks of focused work. For a 200-person company, the same steps mean more meetings, more participants, longer cycles. We scale the process to the project size — we don't force big structure onto a small team.

What's the minimum engagement?

The smallest meaningful engagement is the analysis. Anything less usually pays for itself, not for an outcome.

What if scope changes during the project?

We have a clear process — we document what's changing, assess implications, you decide. No hidden add-ons, no surprises on the invoice.

What is the definition of "done"?

Defined in the Strategy phase — what result we're after and what success looks like. "Done" means we've reached those goals, not just delivered the work.

Let's start from a concrete problem.

We scale the five steps to the size of your project — from pilot analysis to full transformation.
