What does the first conversation look like and what comes after?
The first call is about 60 minutes — you describe the project or challenge, we ask questions that help us understand the context, goals, and specifics. From that conversation, you get a concrete proposal of scope, approach, and team. We agree transparently before any contracting.
Do you work with companies of every size?
Yes. Our clients range from micro-businesses with a few employees to larger organizations with several hundred. We adapt the approach to company size — a small team doesn't need the same process structure as a large corporation. The conversation helps us understand what you actually need.
Can we start with a smaller scope?
Yes. Often the best path is to start with a pilot project or shorter analysis — then a decision to continue based on concrete results. We don't ask for a large contract upfront. The partnership grows through proven results.
Do you work outside Croatia?
Yes. Our projects span Slovenia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, and North Macedonia. For EU programs, we work with consortia across various EU countries.
What languages do you work in?
Croatian and regional languages, English. German materials available for projects where it's the contract language.
What if our project isn't for you?
We say so honestly and suggest someone else. You're better off with a team that specializes in your type of project — and we're better off not taking on something that isn't our strength.
